Affectionately known as Slow Spoke. this class takes place in what we affectionately refer to as THE HOUSE, our cycling room.. Here you will learn basic terminology, bike set up, what power means, form and safety features. This class offers the fundamentals to help you build stamina, boost confidence and meet new people. We work on hills, flats and choreography on the bike. It is just enough time for you to get comfortable and confident on the bike. Feeling intimidated?Then this is the class for you! Take a chance as you will be surprised at what your mind and body can do.
If you are new to indoor cycling or simply want to polish your skills this is the class for you! There will be 15-minutes of instruction followed by a 20 minute ride to practice your skills and get comfortable being uncomfortable. Have questions? This is the perfect place to review.
