Spoke 45

Speak up and shout out for our 45- minute signature ride. This is a full body workout where we immerse ourselves on a rhythmical journey comprised of a high intensity, low impact combination. You will learn to move to the beat whether you are tapping back to the beat, hitting rhythmical hills, or keeping the cadence on a flat. The result is a cardio festival on the bike. The workout will leave you both invigorated and inspired.

spoke 30

Our 30-minute cycling “Quick HIIT”. Thirty minutes of full body cardio bliss. Short on time but still want to squeeze in your workout? This is the class for you. Hills, flats all based on rhythm and exertion. Perfect class for a quick midday refuel. 30 minutes does not seem like enough? Do not let “quick” in “Quick HIIT” fool you.

Spoke 101

Affectionately known as Slow Spoke. this class takes place in what we affectionately refer to as THE HOUSE, our cycling room.. Here you will learn basic terminology, bike set up, what power means, form and safety features. This class offers the fundamentals to help you build stamina, boost confidence and meet new people. We work on hills, flats and choreography on the bike. It is just enough time for you to get comfortable and confident on the bike. Feeling intimidated?Then this is the class for you! Take a chance as you will be surprised at what your mind and body can do.

If you are new to indoor cycling or simply want to polish your skills this is the class for you! There will be 15-minutes of instruction followed by a 20 minute ride to practice your skills and get comfortable being uncomfortable. Have questions? This is the perfect place to review. Our goal is to make you feel confident and connected. We want you to have the best shot possible at having a fun, safe and challenging work out.

spoke + strength

SPOKE + STRENGTH is a cardio-strength combination class. Also known as OUTSPOKEN. In Outspoken you will first challenge your body and mind on a high intensity 30 minute ride all set to the best beats and incredible playlists. This takes place in what is affectionately known as THE HOUSE, our cycling room.

Then head up the stairs to THE LEVEL (our strength and Yoga floor) for a 30 minute strength challenge. This class works on form and function while delivering a challenging workout. Why strength? Because change does not happen with cardio alone. Experience a small group training setting led by the expertise of a personal trainer. When you need the extra push SPOKE + STRENGTH (outspoken) leaves you worked and recharged---Some might even say it will leave you Speechless.

Spoke 60

The Spoke 60 ride held on Saturdays at 9:15am will directly speak to you. Combining both the elements of rhythm and “true to road” cycling this class will have you rocking to the rhythm while testing your limits on flat roads and intense hills. Talk about dedication. The 60 minute ride will take willpower and tenacity as you grind it out to the top to feel the rush of the finish. 60 minutes you say? So engaging and fun the time will fly.

 
 

SPOKE + YOKE (YOGA)

We call this the calm after the storm when you step into one our restorative YOGA classes. Imagine candles, calm and quiet. SPOKE +YOKE is led by our best in class instructors, embark on a 45 minute journey of renewal and restoration. After a long week of travel, grueling workouts or simply to find centeredness and calm this class will whisper those sentiments. You will learn strength, elongation and find peace of mind.
