+ HOW DO I BOOK MY FIRST CLASS?
Please follow these 3 easy steps:
- REGISTER for an online account at spokecycle.com. We are both IOS and Android compatible. Come check us out, on us!
- Select a bike in our INDOOR CYCLING STUDIO a.k.a THE HOUSE
- Select a space in our upstairs area for strength a.k.a THE LEVEL
+ WHAT DO I NEED FOR MY FIRST CLASS?
SPOKE will provide a towel, shoes or BYOS (bring your own shoes as we are both SPD and DELTA LOOK compatible). Bring a water bottle for our water filling station or VOSS WATER can be purchased for $3 per bottle. SPOKE also has keyless coded lockers to keep your personal items safe.
+ When do I need to arrive/check in?
We ask that first time clients arrive 15 minutes prior to class start. This will allow our team to meet you, greet you and set you up properly to help you safely maximize your workout experience at SPOKE. Spaces in both THE HOUSE (indoor cycling) and THE LEVEL will be held for registered attendees up until class start time. If you are going to be late please call. All spaces will be given away to waiting attendees 5 minutes prior to class start time. For the safety of all of our clients NO ADMITTANCE will be permitted 5 minutes post class start time.
+ DO YOU HAVE SHOWERS?
YES! SPOKE is a BOUTIQUE FITNESS STUDIO that offers SHOWERS!We have you covered for your early morning workout before heading to the office, the midday sweat session to take a break from daily grind or post evening when you are headed out for the early to late evening social scene. By now you get the picture!
+ WHAT IS OUR BOOKING WINDOW?
Our booking window goes live on Sundays at 5pm. Classes are available to be booked through the end of the following Monday. The online schedule will always reflect the most up to date information regarding instructor substitutions and cancellations.
+ WHERE DO I PARK?
Parking is NO PROBLEM! PARKING IS FREE! We are located right next to BOYNE COUNTRY SPORTS in the BRETON VILLAGE COMPLEX. Park in front or back there are so many options. All lots are easy to access to our entry. Do not forget SPOKE is a destination. Post class you can grab a great coffee/meal at CAFE DE MIRO or CORE LIFE EATERY, shop for threads at LULULEMON, EVEREVE, FREE PEOPLE, MADEWELL, ANTHROPOLOGIE, get fancy with WAXOLOGY and so much more.
+ WHAT IF I MISS A CLASS OR HAVE TO CANCEL?
If you are unable to make a class, let us know 2 hours in advance. If you late cancel after the 2-hour window has closed, you will lose your class. We do not want to charge you for missing a class, but we do have a $15 no-show fee and a $10 late cancel fee to ensure that every member has opportunities to take the classes they want. This policy applies to all packages regardless of unlimited status or special pricing.
